What does NexJen IT Solutions do?
NexJen IT Solutions is a managed service provider (MSP) and Microsoft 365 consulting firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth. We provide flat-rate managed IT, called NexJen Essentials, and fixed-fee Microsoft 365 consulting for small businesses that run on Microsoft 365. Service is delivered remotely anywhere in the U.S.
How much do managed IT services cost?
NexJen Essentials costs $149 per user per month on a 12-month agreement, plus a one-time $499 setup fee. There is a five-user minimum, which is $745 per month. Help desk support, security, backup, monitoring and patching are all included in that price.
What kinds of businesses are a good fit for NexJen?
We work best with office-based professional-services firms that run on Microsoft 365 with Windows or Mac computers: accounting, law, architecture, engineering, insurance, commercial real estate, property management and consulting firms. The minimum is five users.
Do you offer onsite support?
NexJen is remote-first, and almost all Microsoft 365, security and help desk work is done remotely. When something needs hands on site, we refer you to an independent local technician you hire directly.
What is NexJen Essentials?
NexJen Essentials is our single managed IT plan. For one flat price per user it covers Microsoft 365 management, endpoint protection with managed detection and response, Microsoft 365 backup, 24/7 monitoring and patching, a security baseline with multi-factor authentication, unlimited business-hours help desk support, onboarding and offboarding, and an optional annual check-in.
Do you only work with businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth?
No. We are based in Dallas–Fort Worth and provide remote managed IT and consulting to businesses anywhere in the United States.
